Additionally, the company serves as a Proficiency Testing Provider (PTP) for laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, laboratories pursuing accreditation, and laboratories demonstrating competency with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.

Founded in 2008, Naratech LABS has continually expanded its services to meet international quality standards. In 2012, the laboratory earned accreditation for microbiological testing and, by 2019, extended its scope to include accredited chemical testing. In 2024, Naratech LABS launched the Naratech Labs Proficiency Testing Service (NLPTS), becoming the first proficiency testing provider in Jordan for microbiological testing schemes, accredited Nationally from Jordanian Accreditation system and globally by the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC).

To enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational management, Naratech LABS has implemented a robust quality management system aligned with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO/IEC 17043:2023 standards.

Naratech Labs Proficiency Testing Service (NLPTS)

NLPTS caters to the proficiency testing needs of laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, those seeking accreditation, and laboratories demonstrating ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliance. Proficiency testing participation, as outlined in ISO/IEC 17025, Clause 7.7, is an essential quality assurance tool. It helps organizations validate their competency by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of their testing results, a fundamental requirement for accreditation.
